We understand your grief at this difficult time but regret that some of the comments you have made are not representative of the circumstances at hand, which of course is understandable given that you were not the single person nominated for visiting in accordance with Government guidance and Public Health England guidance currently. I would confirm also, that End of Life visits did take place, again, in accordance with ever-changing guidance during these difficult times we are living in.  It was our pleasure to have your Grandmother in our care for such a long time and our sincere condolences are with you, and all of your family.
