Unfortunately, due to the COVID pandemic, the health and social care sector has to follow the strict government rules of shielding and social distancing, in order to protect the vulnerable members of our society. We understand that not being able to see your relative closely caused a great deal of upset and frustration and we are deeply sorry for this.
