Having today seen the latest newsletter produced at The Manor (and knowing it as I do anyway of course) - I have to agree, it is a comfortable and relaxed environment. Really homely and with a great feeling of pride, from both our care team and residents. It's ways a fantastic achievement when our care teams create environments such as these - in truth, they are really busy places with highly skilled team members carrying out complex care and administration tasks all through the day - but when it just works, you don't really see these things happening. It's lovely to know that your mum is being well cared for. Kindest regards.
