We always strive to improve the quality of our service and value all constructive feedback. <br>We are happy that you found our building to be well looked after, and we are sorry that at times you felt the cleanliness of the room could have been better. We aim to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the building, and we have robust procedures for cleaning and infection control in place, which have been reflected in our recent CQC inspection, which was rated good across all areas.<br>Managers may move jobs due to career progression or more convenient travel. As current manager of St James Court, I have found the provider to be very supportive and open to suggestions, the most recent being the approval of an extended garden area to facilitate a pleasant, secure outdoor area for visiting.
