We are concerned at the review posted but would thank Rebecca J for taking the time to post this review.<br>We are very sorry to hear that Rebecca feels that her mother did not receive a high standard of care during her short stay with us.  We would like to reassure you that we welcome feedback of any nature and we are investigating the points raised.
