I have telephoned the reviewer and personally spoken with him following the above review, assuring him that we will continue to flex visiting times around his work hours to enable him to visit his mother as often as he wishes,  as we are currently doing, whilst ensuring we are adhering to government guidelines.<br>I can only offer my apologies if there was a breakdown in communication on any treatment for his mum; however, I am aware that the Home team do ring the reviewer's sister to update her, so sometimes it is not always possible to speak with all members of the family.
