We would like to begin by sharing that we at Sundial are greatly saddened by the passing of someone who we personally cared for. <br>While we are unable to comment on any of the issues raised, the team care for each person who lives at Sundial with the same devotion as if they were their own relative. Every person who moves to Sundial is unique and decisions are made that we believe are in their best interests. There are regular discussions with the families about any updates surrounding care.<br>The family requested that they would like to move their mother closer to the family home. We were then later notified that the family had changed their mind & asked if mum could stay with us at Sundial. <br>Regrettably, because the relationship had broken down at this time with the family, we decided it was best for all for their mum to move home. Unfortunately, as a result, we have been on the receiving end of defamation around the care that was provided. <br>Our thoughts are with the family.
