Thank you for your kind review and for your understanding during such a difficult time. We appreciate it is very hard not being able to see your loved one for such a long time. It is always nice to hear from family members feeling like their loved one is well cared for and looked after. It's great to hear she has found a new lease of life and has become the mother you remember smiling, laughing and picking up her poetry once more.
