Hi Karen<br>We know how doubly difficult the pandemic and not being able to see your mum physically in the home. We are so grateful now that we can have a bedroom visit and not just visit through a visiting pod to both residents and relatives.<br>As we do this cautiously, I want to say thank you for taking the time to review us and for the encouragement that meant so much to us.<br>I will pass this on to the team.
