Thank you for taking the time to complete a review for Derwent Residential Care Home, which we have noted with some disappointment.  As you are aware, we have previously responded to the concerns you have raised and feel that we have adequately addressed all of the issues in the appropriate manner, after completing a full investigation.  We would like to reassure you that after our latest CQC inspection, we have been awarded a Good rating and the report will be available on our website as soon as it has been released by the CQC. <br>We actively encourage feedback and always endeavour to act upon any suggestions that are made to ensure we continue to offer the best care and support for our residents and their families.
