We appreciate that this might not be the most convenient method of communication for you and that a phone call may be more suitable, so thank you for this feedback. At present, we do not have the facility to be able to share care plans online and our team members will keep relatives informed of any changes within a resident’s personalised care plan. If you would prefer a different method, please let us know.
We are pleased to say that we now have a sensory garden and we are currently working on the garden to get it ready for use during the summer months. We also aim to utilise the woodland area close to the home for walks. If you would like any further information, please do not hesitate in contacting the home directly.
