Your kind words towards the home does really highlight to the team that their tremendous hard work and professionalism over the last 18 months has been worthwhile. We cannot imagine the difficulties the last 18 months have had on the families, especially having extremely limited contact with your mother but thank you for always showing the home your support even at the toughest moments.
