I’m sorry to read your comments.<br>I find your review is not a true reflection of your dad's stay at Watford.<br>During a team meeting, me, the deputy manager, CPN, doctor, social worker, you and your immediate family, I did stress that we could no longer support your dad because of his behaviour, I also stated that medication was not the way forward as this would hinder his mobility and make him a high risk of falls.<br>The medicated decision was made by the medics and CPN which you all agreed to so he could stay.<br>Your dad did deteriorate due to him contracting Covid. All your requests were met, ie. the thermos cup, several Facetime calls, also an outdoor visit was arranged. It was agreed that another move would be detrimental to his health, so I said your dad could stay over the Christmas period and so could your mom. <br>We take feedback very seriously, thank you for bringing your experience at Watford House to our attention, your comments will be addressed.
