It is very upsetting to see families anxious in what has been a terrible year for Care Homes. Watton has been Covid free all residents and staff during the whole pandemic. We have spoken to the Office and will be contacting the families to see what we can do to help.  Any complaint we take very seriously and will co-ordinate support with the family, Norfolk County Council and request a review asap.
