Good morning Joanna. Thank you for leaving this really lovely and personal review of your experience with our care team and care home at Bluebell House in Westward Ho! North Devon. It's always really nice when people recognise the importance of our care teams in this way - they are - of course - at work but, whilst working in a highly regulated and formalised care environment - they nonetheless create an atmosphere that is homely and person focussed.  That's some achievement and, as you say, it's the result of treating people, well, as people! Thank you also for recognising that the home is well managed, there is, indeed, a mountain of administration behind the scenes and the home manager and her management team have this all well under control.
