Thank you for the kind comments you have made about the staff at Windyhall and I am glad to see that you seem satisfied with the overall experience of care at Windyhall Care Home, we will continue to strive towards delivering the highest level of care we can for your loved one. I, unfortunately, cannot comment on your views on the increase in Fees increase at my level and would urge you to refer back to Head Office for further clarification.
