May we express our thanks and gratitude to the Collins Family for their uplifting review of our service and their high regard for the Team.  <br><br>In return, we would like to reciprocate that the family, always supportive of their father, were equally understanding of the difficult period of the pandemic that we have all experienced, and the restrictions imposed on us, especially with visitations, testing regimes and hospital appointments.  In these circumstances, they were exemplary in all their undertakings and still maintained their connection with their Father.<br><br>We would also like to thank the family for their generosity on more than one occasion for treating the staff and residents to a fish and chip supper.  These are moments in time that stand out and forever etched in our memories.<br><br>Finally, Father was an integral part of our Family at Nene Lodge and a popular figure amongst his peers - very attentive towards the others and a true gentleman.
