Following our telephone conversation recently we were able to discuss your concerns regarding callbacks and appreciate your suggestion regarding a non-urgent request book. I confirmed that I would ask a member of staff to help sort out your Aunt’s wardrobe to see if anything is missing. As also discussed we are in the process of setting our TVs up with a smart lead to enable Residents to join in with exercise classes.
