On the other points raised, we pride ourselves on our staffing levels all staff breaks are paid for so that the residents' needs come first. We aim to respond to any residents' call bells within 3 minutes, which on the whole is achieved and audited. In terms of residents positioning, we have a full-time physiotherapist and now all staff, including the nutritionist, are trained in moving and handling.
