Dear Alan, Thank you for your review of Cambridge Manor. We are surprised to hear of your perception of our staff and are so sorry that this is how you feel. We can assure you that we adapt our team members to ensure that there are suitable team members present at any one time for the needs of our residents and to ensure their safe care. I am most upset to hear that you felt someone to be uncaring, and I will contact you directly so that we can get a full understanding of your experience and offer any training and/or support to ensure that no one else has a similar experience.
