On this day - you had not booked in, you blocked an active ambulance with your car as you attempted to park in the bay reserved for emergency services and nearly ran over a staff member in the car park. Despite this, the staff were accommodating and facilitated your visit for the benefit of your mother. The canopy had been lost in the high winds of previous days.
