Thank you for your review. It has indeed been a very difficult period of time due to the ongoing COVID pandemic. The core focus for care providers has been to ensure the safety of residents and care staff. We take on board your feedback regarding communication from the home and will be providing more frequent updates to families, based on guidance from the Local Authority. The damaged window has been scheduled for repair and we have ensured that the existing window does not affect the safety of people occupying the room in the meantime.
