Dear Teresa, thank you so very much for taking the time to write this lovely review, it has been a great joy to see the progress, under my leadership, take place within the home. Covid 19 has brought many challenges along the way and myself and the team have tried our best to ensure communication is at the heart of it all as  I aspire to ensure the quality of care is the best it can be for all involved, whether it's our residents or the loved ones, you are a package deal to myself and all equally important. The fact that you see dedication, passion and hard work says we are heading in the right direction. All at Cowdray aspire to ensure the quality and attention to detail is the best it can be and myself and the team will always strive to achieve the best outcome for all involved.
