I am sorry Bank Close House was not suitable for you. Staff enjoyed caring for your father he was a lovely gentleman and they were pleased with the lovely thanks and comments from your mum after staff managed to assist him to walk again. All staff have mandatory training plus many additional training courses, many completed annually. <br>I would be very happy to discuss your concerns with you. <br>Again sorry your experience was not a good one.
