Dear JR<br>As you know - we have really enjoyed getting to know your friend. It is because we know her that we can ensure that she has all the things which mean so much to her and make her feel comfortable. Luckily our in-house hairdresser has been able to attend to her hair and she benefited from those visits. Thank you for your kind comments which I will share with the staff.
