Hello, thank you for your review and comments.  I would agree the change in the management in the care home has been a concern, however, our new manager is making a great impact in the care home and has joined us with over ten years of care home experience. The new manager is very committed to the home and continues to work with a really caring and compassionate core team of staff.  I have asked the manager to make contact with you to discuss any concerns but also share some of the focus areas for the home moving forward.
