Thank you for your feedback, and we are delighted to hear that your Mother has settled into Carr Gate well.  I would like to offer my assurances that the staffing numbers deployed at the weekend match those of during the week, as we recognise that our Resident’s needs are the same, whatever day of the week it is. Your Mother may notice that the home is less ‘busy’ on the weekends, as GPs, Physiotherapists and other Allied Health Professionals do not routinely visit on a weekend, further to this, some of our Ancillary Staff, such as the Home Administrator and Maintenance Operative do not routinely work during the weekend period.
