We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service to our residents, so we are disappointed to hear that you feel this is not the case in some areas.<br>Our Magic Moments Together activities programme includes lots of stimulating and different activities reflective of personal interests, likes and dislikes. The aim of the programme is to help our residents to love every day and is varied to provide interest for mind, body and soul. It includes one-to-one, group and community-based activities. Understandably, not every resident wants to participate in every activity, and our team will encourage participation, but respect resident’s wishes if they do not want to join in.<br>We are very sorry to hear of the other concerns that you have raised and would welcome the opportunity to discuss these in more detail.
