At any 'normal' time, we believe that a new person coming into residency at our home can be daunting but as you agree, during this pandemic era we have had to follow guidelines that include quarantine of a new admission. We understand as a new person entering into a new environment, this may increase their anxiety and that's why we have reviewed our practices, to ensure your Aunt and other new admissions, feel safe, comfortable and not isolated.
