Equally, your experience in dealing with management has been taken on board and will help us improve future interactions.<br><br>Nyton House aims to support Dementia Care in a ‘home-style’ environment that encourages independence for people living with Dementia. However, we must safeguard other residents and staff from challenging behaviour and where this reflects a long-term change we must recommend a transfer to a Dementia Nursing Home. We understand this is a stressful transition for both the Resident and their family. In this instance, a long search for alternative accommodation and the backdrop of the pandemic placed a strain on communication between us.
