We are so glad you enjoyed your birthday with us, and you were happy with the way we looked after you during your six weeks with us. We are sorry to hear that food was cold and the meals too large. We will speak to our chefs about this to ensure they are aware and take action to prevent this from happening again. All our residents and patients have different size meals, but we encourage everyone to talk to us if they are unhappy about anything so that we can put it right straight away.
