Thank you for taking time out to write a review for our care home. I am pleased to see that you have noted an improvement in meals, as we have had a recent change in our catering team.<br>Your father is encouraged to join in activities within the home, although he does enjoy being in his room listening to his music.<br>His room has been changed around since admission to enable better placement of his furniture etc.<br>We appreciate that it was a difficult time for you when your father was admitted to the home, and the visiting restrictions in place followed Government guidelines, as you stated, you are now able to enjoy trips out with him, this is still following Government guidance. <br>It is always nice when the hard work of the staff team is acknowledged. The staff at St James work really hard to get to know the residents within the home.
