We appreciate you taking the time to give feedback and letting us know how we are doing. <br>Communication is managed with each individual resident and their family, so we will look at ways to improve this. We recognise the importance of visiting, and we can only apologise that this has not always gone so smoothly. At times, there is a delay when entering the building due to other visitors having their Lateral Flow Tests. To accommodate any delays, we do aim to extend the visiting appointments so that no time is lost. At present, the home is undergoing a significant redecoration, but we have passed on all your comments to our team and will investigate any issues with your sister’s room.
