We are sorry that you have not always got through to your nan, or you have not been called straight back when your nan is unavailable. We will of course look at this and ensure you get called back when she is unavailable. We can fit a phone in her room for her, as several of our residents have. Managers do change and we have a fantastic team. We are very pleased that your nan's stay with us at Old Sarum Manor has been extended until Autumn.
