Firstly, we would like to say how sorry we are that this is how you feel your experience of the service has been. Mum was a well-liked member KLCC community. We absolutely recognise that the government restrictions on isolation following admission and visiting have and continue to be a challenge to the people we support and their families. We endeavour to achieve the best continued contact and engagement that we can in the current circumstances.
We have reflected on and investigated the feedback you have provided and liaised with the other professionals involved with your mother’s case. Our conclusion is that whilst we recognise that you were unhappy with the service, there is nothing more that could have been done or would have been done differently. All of the appropriate multidisciplinary professionals were involved in planning and providing for your mothers care. However, we acknowledge that this did not meet your expectations of service.
