Many thanks for taking the time to leave a review for Croft House - we are delighted that your husband enjoyed and benefitted from his stay with us. Thank you also for allowing us the opportunity to discuss your concerns with you. Whilst the carpet had been professionally cleaned prior to your husband’s stay, we acknowledge that this did not fully resolve the issue, and so we are arranging for a replacement to be fitted in this room. We look forward to welcoming your husband back to Croft House for a repeat visit later this year, when we will be able to arrange a different bed for him if he prefers.
