Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us, it is very much appreciated and we would very much like to meet with you to discuss how we may improve in the future.<br>As you recognise, the home team have worked tirelessly throughout the Covid-19 pandemic to care for and support our residents and relatives in line with government and Public Health England guidance. I do appreciate that this has been difficult for everyone, as the opportunity for visits from and maintaining meaningful contact with loved ones has been challenging, especially during periods of isolation. Unfortunately, these have been necessary to prevent the spread of the virus within the home which as you know, has a particularly vulnerable group of people within it.<br>We hope that you are able to enjoy seeing the gardens take shape into summer once more and that you will continue to share your ideas for the home at the resident committee meetings - my door is always open!
