We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, so we are disappointed to hear that you feel this is not the case in some areas. As your mother was originally placed in the Nursing Unit by Social Care Services, this would have affected the care she received. However, our team assess residents’ care needs every day and try to promote independence at all times. If their needs do change, then the care we provide will be adjusted. <br>At the time of your mother’s admission, any new residents had to isolate in their rooms to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 and ensure the safety of our team and other residents. <br>We take all comments seriously and see them as an opportunity to improve the services we provide.
