We appreciate that overall your experience of our homes has been positive, but are disappointed to hear that you feel there could be more activity provision. <br>Our Magic Moments Together programme includes lots of stimulating and different activities reflective of personal interests, likes and dislikes. It includes one-to-one, group and community-based activities, and the programme is constantly reviewed to meet changing needs. <br>Understandably, not every resident wants to participate in every activity, and our team will encourage participation, but respect resident’s wishes if they do not want to join in. <br>Thank you again for your feedback, if you would like to discuss anything in more detail, please reach out to us at the home.
