At the time the home and yourself received an apology about this from external medical professionals. This was not a homes error.<br>Medical Device - Your relative was sent to the hospital with the device. The next day the medication was sent to the hospital due to the hospital being out of stock. Never was a prescribed medication missed.<br>DNAR - Care homes are not allowed to put one in place. This is dealt exclusively with external agencies and the home would not be able to implement this.<br>Independent Safeguarding - Never was any safeguarding upheld, and were all found to be unsubstantiated.<br>Notice of Severance - This was served due to the home not being able to meet the constant demands of the relatives and to protect the staff.
