Thank you for sharing your experience with us.<br>We apologise that you were disappointed you were unable to visit your friend, as you believed that restrictions had been lifted.<br>Unfortunately, this is not the case.  The current government guidance on visiting in care homes still remains the same for all visitors to care homes, except that the restriction on the number of visitors has been lifted.  <br>We ask for 48hours notice in order to facilitate visits.
