We are saddened to hear that there were aspects of your father's care that did not meet your expectations. We work very closely with both the CQC and the Local Authority to drive improvement across our homes, and we are confident that significant progress has and continues to be made. We are committed to training our teams and we are working on a detailed learning and development plan. In our response, we feel it important to offer the opportunity to discuss with our Senior Management Team. Whilst the response on this forum is useful, there is significantly more context to this complaint. We feel that a meeting would allow a broader discussion and a response that you would hopefully deem more satisfactory.
