Thank you for your review, we are very sorry to hear that Baycroft Grays Farm Road did not meet your expectations. In the three and a half years that this was your mother’s home, we did everything we could to keep her well cared for and engaged. Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, it became more challenging, with the enforced government restrictions in place across all care homes. <br>We regularly analyse our pricing structure and the services offered locally and throughout the industry to ensure we remain competitive. We are therefore confident that our fees are competitive for such a well-appointed home when compared to similar homes in the area.<br>The industry as a whole has quite a high staff turnover and whilst we have had members of staff leave for differing reasons over the last 18 months, we have not been required to recruit any new members of the care team since March 2020, nor required the use of agency so we have maintained a good level of continuity for our residents.
