We are praised by residents, families and professionals who visit us on our exceptional care and our dedicated team. Our priority at all times is to act in the resident’s best interests and to respect their wishes. I am very proud of my staff and the care we provide and passionate about my role. <br>I always respond to the comments and compliments we receive and always work with the families in the interests of their loved ones. I have not received any communication from you through the extensive Barchester channels available. When you visited, we spoke and you were happy and did not raise any issues with me. Our staffing levels are generous and constant. The home is a peaceful place, with a friendly homely atmosphere and we have no knowledge of the screams of help you describe in your review. My door is always open for anyone who wants to discuss care.
