We have strived to maintain the emotional well-being of our residents during the challenges of the pandemic. The lifestyle team continued to deliver individually tailored 1:1 activities where social distancing was necessary and continued to engage in group activities on the floors during these times whilst promoting the safety and well-being of all residents. We welcome the feedback in regards to the meal options available, our kitchen staff work in conjunction with the residents and strive to ensure that all diets and preferences are catered for in our developing menu. Our resident's needs are always changing, albeit there are times where those changes in needs can no longer be supported within the home environment and alternative arrangements are required. This however takes time and can sadly impact upon other residents within the home. All necessary actions are taken to ensure the safety of all our residents within the home, and I am sorry that this impacted upon the experience at the home.
