Response on behalf of Hampshire County Council:<br><br>Our care staff go to great lengths to ensure those they care for are well looked after and safe – and our team at Emsworth House continue to work extremely hard to deliver the best possible care. The COVID-19 pandemic posed unprecedented challenges for our residents, their families and our employees and we understand how difficult it has been for so many during this time, particularly for those who have lost loved ones. In cases where families may be unhappy with an aspect of the care provided, we would urge them to speak to our Adult Social Care team at the earliest opportunity, so that we can take whatever remedial action may be needed to ensure that the very best possible support can be provided for their loved one.
