It was a pleasure for myself, as Clinical Lead and the Nursing team to have looked after your mother, she had quite a determined, strong, stoic character, and accepted all that she endured with dignity. There was mutual respect from all the care staff and Nurses who came to know her well. Many conversations and debates were had over many topics, she was a good conversationist, and had a good sense of humour. She is very much missed by the team and residents. Best wishes, Alison.
