We are pleased you rate our facilities and management as excellent and we will pass on your kind comments to our care team. We apologise you felt the room cleanliness was variable, our Lodge Managers currently complete daily walkarounds and spot checks on all communal areas and bedrooms to make sure cleanliness of facilities are maintained. We will make sure this is still being carried out thoroughly. We are also sorry to hear you felt we didn’t meet your dietary needs. We regularly review our menus, with the input of our residents, and cater to dietary requirements and preferences. We will continue to work with our chefs to make sure this area of our service is improved in the future.
