Thank you for the review, feedback is allowing us to constantly review and improve our services. At the time this review was submitted we were going through a management change – the new manager started days after the review submission.<br>While trying to prioritise every ‘service user’ (everyone is like a family member to us), please take into consideration external factors during the Covid Pandemic – Government guidelines such as local lockdowns, nursing home visiting restrictions, increased timeframes, etc. We strive as a team to keep the residents and staff safe!<br>Please take time and review Bridge House Care Centre again in a few weeks’ time.
