We understand families’ and loved one’s frustrations that open house visiting within care homes is not yet able to proceed, but we aim to facilitate all requested visits both face to face and out of home as safely as possible. <br>Highfield Hall is committed to operating within all visiting guidelines as laid down by the government DHSC, the local authority, the CQC, and infection control. We continue to ask people to pre-book visits, so that we can facilitate testing, PPE requirements, and manage the number of people within the home at any one time to maintain high standards of infection control and keep every resident and member of staff within our home, safe. As a nursing home we accommodate some of the most vulnerable people in society and will continue to ensure their safety and wellbeing is our first priority, whilst still enabling friends and family to visit and stay in touch.
